Pilot on Alzheimer
When looking at the state of Alzheimer treatment in Bulgaria, the challenges in data collection and processing include fragmented data sources, poor data quality, lack of interoperability, limited citizen engagement in Alzheimer's prevention, and inconsistent regulations.
Establishing a common high-quality database can bridge regional gaps and benefit both medical professionals and patients. Technological solutions can provide equal access to quality information, facilitating data exchange between doctors, patients, and families.
This digitization effort, facilitated by RSHDS through this pilot, promotes innovation, knowledge transfer, and evidence-based policymaking, ultimately improving healthcare and capacity in the region.
