Place-Based Transformation – Stakeholder Workshop
The year 2025 began with a dynamic and engaging initiative from VELES: the Place-Based Transformation Stakeholder Workshop, held online on January 10th. This event marked an important step in our mission to drive innovation within the smart health ecosystems of Bulgaria, Romania, Greece, and Cyprus. The workshop’s primary focus was to validate the draft Transformational Framework for place-based implementation and innovation, a collaborative effort currently under development by VELES project partners.

Looking Ahead: A Novel R&I Transformational Framework
Stay tuned for the upcoming release of the report on Novel R&I Transformational Framework – Development, Validation, and Lessons Learned. This comprehensive tool is designed to guide the creation of a data space strategy, which will ultimately shape the priorities for building a Regional Smart Health Data Space (RSHDS) in the VELES regions.
