The Motivation Behind Joining VELES
Telelink Business Services, in collaboration with GATE and IDSA, serves as a main driver behind the idea of the VELES project, which aligns with the objectives of the Regional Research and Innovation Strategies for Smart Specialization (RIS3) in healthcare.
TBS is motivated to leverage cutting-edge technologies such as Big Data, AI, and IoT to foster transformative advancements in healthcare, aiming to reshape the smart healthcare landscape of South-East Europe and improve the well-being of the region’s population.
The expected outcomes of the VELES project include advancements in healthcare technology, personalized medicine for Cancer, Alzheimer’s, Cerebral tumors, and Dementia, fostering smart health innovations, reshaping the healthcare landscape, improving population well-being, and promoting regional research and innovation strategies.
Responsibilities & Contribution
Telelink Business Services will be engaged in tasks related to the development of the Regional Health Data Space, the definition of use cases, the evaluation of four pilot activities, as well as the entire project implementation. The planned pilot pillar for Bulgaria is reaching a level of personalized medicine for Alzheimer’s disease.
